As a Digital Branch Member Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for members seeking seamless, digital-first financial solutions. Whether assisting with online banking, troubleshooting debit card issues, discussing potential fraud concerns, or guiding members through the auto loan process, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional remote service.
In this role, you’ll leverage digital tools to provide efficient, personalized support—helping members manage accounts, detect and prevent fraud, access self-service options, and navigate financial decisions from wherever they are. Full Time | Monday – Friday (rotating schedule) 7:45 am – 6:00 pm, Saturdays (rotational) 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
