If you use the Direct Debit option and enter your account and routing number from a non-SouthPoint checking or savings to pay your loan; either as a recurring payment or on an as needed basis.

Make your SouthPoint loan payment by using a debit card from any financial institution for a small convenience fee.
First time using LoanPay Xpress?
- If you have previously registered, click “sign in” and enter your information. You can also click “Loan Payments” and select “Sign In.” Please note this is a separate registration from Online Banking.
- If you are not registered, click “Register” on the left hand side of the screen or click “Loan Payments” and select “Register.”
- Follow the screen prompts to choose a username and password, and enter in your contact information. Then select “Register Account.”
- On the next screen, enter your SouthPoint member number with loan suffix and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s SSN. Example: if your SouthPoint member number is 123456 and your suffix is 52, you would enter 12345652. This information is available in Online Banking. Select “Add Account.” You will see the loan holder name and amount due. Next, click “Select Payment Method.”
- Type in the checking or savings account number and routing number of the financial institution the payment is coming from. Select “Checking” or “Savings” account. Hit “Add Banking Account.”
- You have now set up the loan you want to pay and the account number you would like to pay with.
- Review the information and select if this is a recurring payment and hit “Continue Checkout.”
- On the next screen, you will confirm and complete registration. This is the contact information that will receive your receipt.
- Agree to terms and conditions.
